Effective at the close of business on Thursday, June 22, 2023, the common shares of Regenx Tech Corp. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company.

At the opening of markets on Friday, June 23, 2023, the company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the trading symbol RGX.
