Roy Bonnell, Argex President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are

the participation of more than 40% of voting shares. The Argex team

Argex is pleased to announce the appointment of Genevieve Marchand to
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Argex also announces the resignation of Mr. Mark Billings as Vice
President, Corporate Development and as director of the corporation
effective June 17, 2014. Mr. Billings resigned as VP Corporate
Development and director in order to pursue other business endeavours.
Additionally, Argex announces the resignation of André Laferrière,
Vice-President, Mining and Geology, effective June 13, 2014.
