RADIUS GOLD ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES

Further to its news release of Sept. 20, 2023, Radius Gold Inc. has completed the issuance of 500,000 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 24 cents per share, for a total deemed value of $120,000, to Bruce Smith in part consideration for his continuing leadership as the company's president and chief executive officer. The shares are subject to a resale restriction, which expires on Jan. 28, 2024.
