RADIUS GOLD TO ISSUE SHARES FOR SERVICES

Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Radius Gold Inc. intends to issue 500,000 common shares of the company to Bruce Smith in part consideration for his continuing leadership as the company's president and chief executive officer. The common shares will be issued at a deemed price of 24 cents per share, for a total deemed value of $120,000.
