Plan of arrangement
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a court-approved plan of arrangement between Robex Resources Inc., Predictive Discovery Ltd. and 9548-5991 Quebec Inc. (Acquireco), a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Predictive.
Pursuant to the terms of the arrangement, each common share of Robex (including those represented by CHESS depositary interests or CDIs) will be exchanged for 7.862 ordinary shares of Predictive.
The arrangement was approved by Robex shareholders at a special meeting held on Dec. 30, 2025. The arrangement received final approval from the Superior Court of Quebec on Jan. 13, 2026.

Delisting
In connection with the completion of the arrangement and effective at the close of business on Friday, April 17, 2026, the common shares of the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
