Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025, the listed common share purchase warrants (listed under the symbol RBX.WT) of Robex Resources Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

On Sept. 18, 2025, the company announced by news release the acceleration of the expiry date relating to its listed warrants. Under the terms of the warrants, the company is entitled to accelerate the expiry date if the volume weighted average trading price (VWAP) and the closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange equals or exceeds $3.50 for a period 10 consecutive trading days. The company confirmed that the acceleration event occurred between Sept. 2, 2025, and Sept. 15, 2025. As a result, the company has elected to accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to 5:30 p.m. Toronto time on Oct. 18, 2025. Any warrants that remain unexercised following the accelerated expiry date will expire and be of no further force or effect.
