ROBEX ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FOR 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Robex Resources Inc. has released the results of the vote at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2023, via live video webcast. The detailed results of the votes held at the meeting are set out below.

Election of directors

According to votes received, each of the nine nominees proposed by management was duly elected as a director of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until such person's successor is elected or appointed, with the results shown in the attached table.

Share consolidation

According to votes received, the special resolution (the full text of which is reproduced in the company's management proxy circular dated May 19, 2023), authorizing a consolidation of the company's issued and outstanding common shares on a 10 existing common shares to one new common share (10:1) basis, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, was adopted by the shareholders of the corporation, with the results shown in the attached table.
