RB GLOBAL TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOST CONFERENCE CALL ON FEBRUARY 17, 2026

RB Global Inc. will release fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026.

RB Global will host a conference call to discuss its results at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day.

Analysts and institutional investors may preregister on-line to participate in the conference call. Registered participants will receive an e-mail with a calendar reminder, dial-in number and conference ID (identification) that allows access to the call.
