RB GLOBAL, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

RB Global Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 27 U.S. cents per common share, payable on March 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on Feb. 9, 2024. This dividend is considered an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
