TACTICAL RESOURCES REFILES Q3 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A

Tactical Resources Corp.'s condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the nine months ended April 30, 2023, and corresponding management's discussion and analysis have been refiled to correct the expiry date of 2,856,500 warrants to March 4, 2024, instead of May 13, 2023, which was previously stated in the financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, filed on June 20, 2023. All other information in the amended financial statements and amended MD&A remains the same as the former financial statements and former MD&A.
