TACTICAL RESOURCES TERMINATES MARKETING AGREEMENT

Tactical Resources Corp. has terminated its previously announced on-line marketing agreement with Promethean Marketing Inc. As a result of the termination of the agreement, the company has received a cash refund in the amount $347,434 which was previously held by Promethean on account of a media distribution budget.
