QUANTUM EMOTION CORP., ANNOUNCES THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS TO BE HELD ON 15 JUNE 2023

Quantum Emotion Corp. will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on June 15, 2023, at 9 a.m. Montreal time, in both in-person and virtual formats.

The meeting will take place at 1 Place Ville Marie, 40th floor, Montreal, Que., and on-line by live webcast.

The AGM will be an opportunity to provide shareholders with an update on product development and to share the recent progress accomplished by Quantum Emotion in its two main programs: telemedicine and blockchain technologies.

Dr. Kaiwen Zhang, software and IT (information technology) engineering professor at ETS (Ecole de technologie superieure, Montreal, Canada) and Pierre Berube, chief executive officer and Founder of Greybox Solutions Inc., have accepted an invitation to participate in the AGM and share their respective views on the continuing collaboration with Quantum Emotion.
