QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. Continues Non-Brokered Financing August 26, 2016 Vancouver, British Columbia: QMC Quantum Minerals Corp., (TSX.v: QMC) (FSE: 3LQ) (OTC PINK: QMCQF) ("QMC" or "the Company"), is continuing with its non-brokered private placement of up to $350,000 announced in its news release on June 17, 2016. The Company has closed an initial tranche of 2.15 million units at five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $107,500 on July 29, 2016. Private Placement The financing will consist of issuing up to seven million units at five cents per unit, where each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of 10 cents for a period of 12 months from closing of the financing. All securities issued pursuant to this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold. The private placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. In the event that the Company's common shares trade at a closing price on the exchange of greater than 15 cents per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days at any time after the closing date, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by giving notice to the holders thereof, and in such case, the warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the company. Finders' fees may be paid by the company in conjunction with the completion of the private placement in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for working capital, advancing its projects and general corporate purposes. About the Company QMC is a British Columbia based company engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious, base metal and resource properties of merit. The Company's properties include its principal VMS properties the Rocky Lake and Rocky-Namew known as the Namew Lake District project, and the Carrot River gold Property all located in Manitoba.
