The TSX reports that Quipt Home, through its subsidiaries, provides in-home medical equipment and supplies in the United States, with a focus on patients with heart or pulmonary disease, sleep apnea, reduced mobility, and other chronic health conditions requiring home-based services. According to the TSX, the company does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.

The TSX notes that Quipt Home has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since May 13, 2021, under the symbol QIPT. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on June 21, 2023, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Vancouver, the fiscal year-end is Sept. 30, and the temporary market-maker is Citadel Securities Canada ULC.
