MACKENZIE INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ITS EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

Mackenzie Investments has declared the December, 2023, monthly cash distributions for its exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions on Jan. 8, 2024.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
