PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES MAY DIVIDEND AND TIMING OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared its monthly cash dividend of 7.75 cents per share for May, 2025.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business May 30, 2025, and will be paid on June 13, 2025.

For tax purposes, the 2025 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.

The company's annual meeting of shareholders will take place via live virtual audio webcast at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on June 13, 2025.
