PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY DIVIDEND AND TIMING OF FOURTH QUARTER 2023 RESULTS

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared its monthly cash dividend of 7.75 cents per share for February, 2024.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 29, 2024, and will be paid on March 15, 2024.

For tax purposes, the dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.

The company's financial results for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, will be issued after market close on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

The company invites analysts and portfolio managers to participate in a conference call with Pizza Pizza management. The call will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. ET. Shareholders and media are invited to listen to the call.
