PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES DECEMBER DIVIDEND

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared its monthly cash dividend of 7.75 cents per share for December, 2023.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 29, 2023, and will be paid on Jan. 15, 2024.

For tax purposes, the 2023 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
