Peter Pascali has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 3,465,000 common shares of the company starting on Jan. 6, 2026. Of these shares, 2,465,000 shares are held by Peter Pascali and one million shares are held by The 2% Solution Foundation.

According to the TSX, Peter Pascali currently holds 63,153,348 shares of the company and controls 5,636,000 shares as the executor of the estate of Petros P. Pascali. He also holds 5.5 million shares through The 2% Solution Foundation.
