Peter Pascali has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 2,490,140 common shares of the company starting on Nov. 21, 2025. Of these shares, 2,320,000 shares are held by Peter Pascali and 170,140 shares are held through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust.

According to the TSX, Peter Pascali currently holds 64,925,597 shares of the company and controls 5,636,000 shares as the executor of the estate of Petros P. Pascali. He also holds 170,140 shares through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust and 5.5 million shares through The 2% Solution Foundation.
