The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that PyroGenesis Canada Inc. president and chief executive officer P. Peter Pascali has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 850,000 common shares of the company held through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust. According to the TSX, the earliest sale date is Jan. 10, 2024.

The TSX notes that Mr. Pascali currently holds 66,642,941 shares of PyroGenesis. He also holds 5,636,000 shares through 8339856 Canada Inc., 2,625,757 shares through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust and four million shares held through The 2% Solution Foundation.
