The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that PyroGenesis Canada Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, P. Peter Pascali, has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 850,000 common shares of the company that he holds through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust, starting May 25, 2023.

According to the TSX, Mr. Pascali currently holds 66,642,941 shares of PyroGenesis. He also holds 5,636,000 shares through 8339856 Canada Inc., 4,334,357 shares through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust and four million shares through The 2% Solution Foundation.
