POWER FINANCIAL - DIVIDENDS ON PREFERRED SHARES

The board of directors of Power Financial Corp. today declared quarterly dividends on the corporation's preferred shares.

Dividends on preferred shares

Dividends payable Feb. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record Jan. 25, 2024.

Dividends payable Jan. 31, 2024, to shareholders of record Jan. 10, 2024.

For purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, all of the aforementioned dividends on the corporation's preferred shares are eligible dividends.
