POWER FINANCIAL - DIVIDENDS ON PREFERRED SHARES

The board of directors of Power Financial Corp. has declared the following quarterly dividends on the corporation's preferred shares.

Dividends on preferred shares

Dividends payable Aug. 15, 2023, to shareholders of record July 25, 2023

Dividends payable July 31, 2023, to shareholders of record July 10, 2023

For purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, all of the above dividends on the Corporation's preferred shares are eligible dividends.
