CALGARY, Sept. 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd. ("Pure" or the "Company") (TSX: PUR) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per common share payable on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2015.

The Company hereby notifies all shareholders that the dividend payable on September 30, 2015 will be designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
