The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a property acquisition agreement between Puma Exploration Inc. and a non-arm's-length party. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has acquired a property, consisting of a residential building, core storage facility, warehouse and related land, in St-Quentin, N.B.

Consideration:  $460,000 cash
