POET COMMENTS ON RECENT MARKET ACTIVITY

Poet Technologies Inc. has provided commentary on recent events, including the above-average trading activity in its stock over the past two weeks.

On Nov. 2, 2023, the company arranged an underwritten public offering in the United States and a concurrent offering in Canada.
