                                Pistol Bay Announces Warrant Amendment

Vancouver, B.C.   April 7, 2020: Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSX-V - PST; Frankfurt - OQS2, OTC/Pink
Sheet symbol SLTFF) ("Pistol Bay" or the "Company") announces that it has agreed to amend, subject
to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the expiry date of 8,500,000 transferable share purchase
warrants (the "Warrants"), that were issued by way of a private placement October 25, 2018 and
amended February 15, 2019, by extending the expiry date to October 25, 2023. The exercise price will
remain at $0.06 per transferable share purchase warrant.
