Pistol Bay Amends Joy North Option Agreement

Vancouver, B.C. - September 05, 2019: Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSX-V - PST; Frankfurt - OQS2, OTC/Pink Sheet symbol SLT
--->FF) ("Pistol Bay" or the "Company") has agreed to extend, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, work co
--->mmitments under the Joy North option agreement dated February 9, 2017 from three years to five years.
In consideration of the foregoing amendment, the Company shall issue 100,000 common shares, upon TSX Venture Exchange 
--->approval, and a further 100,000 common shares on or before the date that is one (1) year anniversary of TSX Venture Ex
--->change approval.
