The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Prairie Provident Resources Inc. has rolled back its common shares on the basis of one new share for 30 old shares, effective at the open on Jan. 6, 2026. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol PPR. The new Cusip number is 73965Q 88 8.

The TSX notes that the company will not issue any fractional shares as a result of the consolidation. Any fractional share entitlement will be rounded down to the nearest whole number and the fractional interest will be cancelled without consideration. Registered holders holding their common shares in certificated form should return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Alliance Trust Company at its principal office in Calgary.
