POWER CORPORATION TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 8, 2024

Power Corp. of Canada will release its first quarter 2024 financial results on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, after market close.

R. Jeffrey Orr, president and chief executive officer, and Jake Lawrence, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will discuss the results in a conference call and live audio webcast on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9 a.m. ET. A question-and-answer period with analysts will follow the presentation. Shareholders, investors and other stakeholders are welcome to participate on a listen-only basis.
