POWER CORPORATION TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MARCH 20, 2024

Power Corp. of Canada will release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2023 financial results on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, after market close.

R. Jeffrey Orr, president and chief executive officer, and Denis Le Vasseur, vice-president and controller, will discuss the results in a conference call and live audio webcast on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. ET. A question-and-answer period with analysts will follow the presentation. Shareholders, investors and other stakeholders are welcome to participate on a listen-only basis.
