The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Pansolo Holding Inc. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to one million subordinate voting shares of Power Corp. of Canada. According to the TSX, Pansolo currently holds 47,363,392 subordinate voting shares and 54,715,456 participating preferred shares of the company. It may begin selling shares on Sept. 18, 2023.
