The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Pansolo Holding Inc. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to two million subordinate voting shares of Power Corp. of Canada. According to the TSX, Pansolo currently holds 48,363,392 subordinate voting shares and 54,715,456 participating preferred shares. The earliest sale date is Aug. 21, 2023.
