The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, June 6, edition that Canaccord Genuity analyst Aravinda Galappatthige has reaffirmed his "speculative buy" recommendation for Popreach. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Galappatthige bumped his share target for Popreach to 55 cents from 50 cents. Analysts on average target the shares at 57 cents. Mr. Galappatthige says in a note: "Popreach reported strong Q1/23 results [last] week that beat our estimates on both the top and bottom lines and reflected mid-teen organic growth year-over-year (pro forma). Amidst a challenging ad environment and a weakened macro backdrop, we view the results as quite impressive." The Globe reported on Sept. 1 that Mr. Galappatthige had reaffirmed his "speculative buy" ranking for Popreach. In the item, Mr. Galappatthige lowered his share target to 55 cents from 70 cents. Mr. Galappatthige said he believed the stock would start to see more sustainable strength later in the year. Popreach shares were then going for 32.5 cents.
