The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Aug. 3, 2023.

Number of shares:  4.5 million flow-through common shares

Purchase price:  50 cents per flow-through common share

Number of placees:  19 placees

Total pro group involvement:  323,752 flow-through shares (one pro group)

The company issued a news release on Aug. 15, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.
