The company has completed its public offering of subscription receipts on March 12, 2026. The gross proceeds received by the company for the public offering of subscription receipts are $402,505,175, for 47,353,550 subscription receipts at $8.50 per subscription receipt, including the subscription receipts issued pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of the overallotment option.
