Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07333 per unit for the month of February 2026, representing $0.88 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on March 16, 2026 to unitholders of record on February 27, 2026.
