PROGRESSIVE PLANET ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Ian Grant, vice-president of strategy and investor relations, has left Progressive Planet Solutions Inc. effective Feb. 13, 2024.

Progressive Planet wishes to thank Mr. Grant for the effort and passion that he put into his career with the company for the last three years and wishes him success with his recent enrolment into the MBA program of the University of Alberta.

"Although I do not envy Ian's return to school, I am excited to see him further his education. I wish to publicly acknowledge the three-year commitment that Ian gave to Progressive Planet. His expertise and passion to see low-carbon-footprint cements enter the market was of tremendous value to Progressive Planet," says Progressive Planet chief executive officer Steve Harpur.

In a continued effort to remain focused on controlling costs and increasing cash flow, the company will not replace Mr. Grant and his duties will be internalized to the remaining senior management team.
