Mr. Mayco Quiroz reports
TENET RECEIVES APPROVAL FOR COMMON SHARES TO TRADE ON OTCQB MARKET IN THE U.S.
Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has received approval from the OTC Markets Group to have the company's common shares begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the OTCQB) in the United States. The company's common shares currently trade on the OTCID Basic Market (the OTCID) in the U.S. and will officially begin trading on the OTCQB shortly following the date of this announcement under the symbol PKKFF.
The company's decision to upgrade to the OTCQB was motivated by its desire to provide its U.S. shareholders with easier access to trading the company's common shares. Going from OTCID to OTCQB reflects the company's compliance with the more stringent qualification and disclosure standards applicable to the OTCQB. The OTCQB designation is expected to enhance the company's visibility and credibility among U.S. investors and broker-dealers by demonstrating adherence to higher market standards while maintaining comprehensive and current public disclosure.
