New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 5, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  25 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 5,277,158 flow-through common shares and 3,858,333 non-flow-through common shares, with 5,802,157 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Dec. 27, 2019.
