The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  9,350,400

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 5, 2022

Previously extended expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 5, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 5, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.48 million flow-through shares and 6,870,400 non-flow-through shares with an aggregate of 9,350,400 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 6, 2020.
