PERIMETER MEDICAL IMAGING AI ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Dr. Anthony Holler has resigned as a director of Perimeter Medical Imaging AI Inc., effective immediately, for personal reasons.

Jeremy Sobotta, Perimeter's chief executive officer, stated: "We are grateful for Dr. Holler's many contributions to Perimeter over the years during his tenure on the board -- including his service as chair from 2019 to 2022.
