Paris Energy Inc. ("Paris") (TSX VENTURE:PI) announces that Paris' board of directors has granted to its officers and directors and certain of its employees options to acquire an aggregate of 50,000,000 common shares of Paris at a price of $0.17 per share pursuant to Paris' share option plan. The options vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, and have a term of 5 years. Paris currently has 857,044,761 common shares outstanding.
