PHARMADRUG INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Pharmadrug Inc. has granted a total of 6.25 million stock options to purchase common shares of the company to certain officers, directors and consultants pursuant to the company's stock option plan. Such options are exercisable into common shares of the company at an exercise price of 5.5 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options vest immediately.
