The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement dated July 24, 2017, between Group Ten Metals Inc., Denali Resources Ltd. and Progressive Planet Solutions Inc., formerly Ashburton Ventures Inc., whereby the company has been granted an option to acquire a 100-per-cent undivided interest in the Catalyst property that is located in the Yukon. Consideration is payment of invoices totalling $28,062.10, 200,000 common shares to Progressive and one million shares payable over two years to Denali. There is an existing 3-per-cent net smelter royalty on the AR/Arch claims within the Catalyst property, of which the company may repurchase 2 per cent for $2-million, subject to further exchange review and acceptance. A 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) will remain on the claims.
