INVESCO CANADA ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ITS ETFS

Invesco Canada Ltd. has declared November, 2023, distributions for its exchange-traded funds. Unitholders of record on Nov. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Dec. 7, 2023.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.

The tax composition of the Invesco ETFs' distributions will be determined on an annual basis and will only be available after the Invesco ETFs' tax year-end.
