The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. subscription receipts were halted at the open and delisted at the close on Oct. 18, 2023. According to the TSX, the company has closed its acquisition of Repsol Canada Energy Partnership and the escrow release conditions have been satisfied.

Holders of the subscription receipts will receive one common share of the company per subscription receipt held. Holders on Sept. 30, 2023, were entitled to a dividend equivalent payment of 11 cents, paid on Oct. 13, 2023.
