PET VALU ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FIRST QUARTER 2024 EARNINGS RELEASE AND ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Pet Valu Holdings Ltd. will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2024 and hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2024 will be released at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET.
