PET VALU ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

At Pet Valu Holdings Ltd.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held today, all of the director nominees set out in the company's management information circular dated March 23, 2023, were elected as directors of Pet Valu.
